Over the past twenty
years, I have been
factory trained by
various manufacturers.
Some of these
manufacturers include:
KODAK, KONICA, FUJI and
various others. I was
trained by these
manufacturers to service
and sell; X-Ray
equipment, CR and DR
Digital Equipment,
multiloaders, lasers and
film processors. Also, I
completed KODAK Quality
Assurance Training for
QC applications in
Mammography and
Radiology. I also have
sales and service
training on many
different types of
Chiropractic Adjusting
Tables and Physical
Therapy Equipment. I
received this training
from the following
manufacturers:
Chattanooga and Zenith
Williams Health Care
among others. With this
extensive training, I
have been able to
service our customers
successfully and
efficiently over the
years.
In return, I have been
fortunate enough to
receive many business
contacts from my medical
imaging sales and
service work. I have
also made a lot of

the service industry. He
began his career as a
computer service
engineer, certified and
factory trained on
computers, printers,
networking and related
hardware and software.
Some of the networking
certifications include:
Compaq, Dell, HP and a
few others.
Rich has many years of
management experience
that includes; employee
management and customer
account management. For
the past several years,
he has ventured into the
medical equipment field
working with X-ray
equipment, Networking
Computer Radiology (CR),
Therapy equipment and
Chiropractic adjustment
tables. Rich is also
very customer oriented.
He will complete the job
with quality
workmanship,
professionalism and a
